We are not all capable of doing the work, now you can.

Many of the people we want to help will
need roof replacement, foundation repair, subfloor repair, electrical updates, Home heat source, Insulation, plumbing repairs, etc..
We have actually seen families living in mold or without an adequate heat source and many other situations.
Where your money will go...
We believe in transparency
Have you ever heard the negative stories of charities and non-profits only giving 10% of revenue directly to the cause?
As things get going we estimate that 60-70% of your donation will go directly into the home repairs and aid for good people in need.
There will be more overhead in the beginning paying for Insurance, financial services, advertising, employees, etc...
We truly believe and estimate that once established 80% of every donation will go directly to the people in need.
Everything we spend money on is required to be by industry standards.
The repairs will be contracted by the individual homeowner to a local company.
Multiple bids will keep things competitive and to industry standards.
We file yearly with the IRS and will be keeping good records of all transactions

Donating online will incur a 3%-5% processing fee and may have less tax deduction.
Donations maid by check, will not incur a processing fee and are deductible to the full extent.
